Well, they say it's not the easiest, but I think it's doable. My only problem has been having to deal with colds that don't want to seem to go away and also getting enough sleep. I don't think that I yet dare to use polyphasic sleep to get enough sleep to recover. The other parts about it aren't so bad. I just try and nap when it doesn't interfere.

For example, my latest schedule is 10/4/10/4 so that means that I go to bed at a normal time, nap when I normally sleep, nap in the late morning and nap in the late afternoon. That's not too disruptive. My social life (what there is of it) doesn't interfere.

Hello! I have been attempting to adjust to a dymaxion sleep schedule since mid-December, and it's been an extremely difficult process, especially with the holidays. Not to mention, it's difficult for people to understand why I'm trying it. If I tell anyone about it, I typically receive disapproving looks, so, I give you a lot of credit for attempting a polyphasic sleep schedule. I'll be keeping track of your progress.

Good luck!
